A NOTE TO OUR COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND PARTNERS:
Hunger Free Golden is at the front lines of serving our neighbors experiencing food insecurity.
Our food pantries in Golden experienced a 40% increase in demand in 2025, both in numbers of visitors and in pounds of food distributed. With the reduced federal funding for SNAP benefits and eligibility requirement changes, compounded with the rising cost of living, community members need our support more than ever.

What is Hunger Free Golden?
Hunger Free Golden is a community collaborative whose members include individuals, non-profit organizations, and public institutions united around a common cause: ensuring that all members of our community have equitable access to healthy, culturally relevant, and fresh food. We take a holistic approach to our efforts by focusing on all aspects of our local food system.
